SkyView Friesians is located on Overlook Farm in Elkview, West Virginia, just 12 miles north of Charleston.  Owned and operated by Dr. Stephen and Tammy Ulaki with their daughter Madison, Overlook Farm is a 137 acre horse farm that is under new construction with additions of a state-of-the- art barn and large indoor riding arena.

SkyView Friesians specializes in breeding the finest quality Friesians with the finest pedigrees. Whatever you are looking for- whether you ride Dressage, Saddle Seat, Pleasure, or Drive- our Friesians will fulfill all your dreams.

Mission Statement

SkyView Friesians' mission is to breed only the finest quality Friesians in the world, with superior conformation, balance, temperament, and forward movement. In order to preserve and promote the breed, we carefully select the finest pedigreed/ Stam Line FPS or FHANA registered mares in our breeding program.  

Fact: In the dutch Registry, it is the mare--- not the stallion--- that determines the quality of the offspring!
